Great to meet you!

Welcome in. I am an LMHC/LMFT, practicing individual and family therapy with a focus on resolving the impacts of trauma so that life can be lived authentically in the present. Our stories shape our identity, yet we are more than what happened to us.

I hold a Master's in Counseling with a certificate in Family and Relationship Therapy and specialize in complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, and sexual trauma.

My approach to therapy

I approach each client as an individual, learning about their unique experiences and concerns so that I can partner in helping them reach their goals. Conceptually, I know that humans are brilliantly adaptive and that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors make sense within the context of our experiences. Working from that baseline, my goal is to collaborate with you to find your way to the life you desire.

What you can expect from me

My office, in-person or virtual, is a place where I hope you will feel welcome and accepted. I am a partner or guide on your healing journey, and you are the focus. I look forward to joining with you as you discover your liberation and truest self.

Please note that at this time I do not specialize in couples therapy.
