Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Michelle Lee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about walking alongside people through life’s most challenging moments. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Augusta University and my Master’s degree from Louisiana State University. My experience includes supporting individuals and families in end-of-life care, helping them navigate difficult transitions, grief, and changes within family relationships. I also have a heart for working with women facing infertility, offering a safe space to process emotions and find hope during such a deeply personal journey. Whether you are coping with grief, anxiety, depression, or burnout, my approach is solution-focused and grounded in compassion. Together, we will work to find clarity, relief, and a path forward that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I strive to create a safe, comforting space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions without judgment. While our sessions address serious concerns, I believe a little humor can bring lightness and perspective to the process. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and family therapy to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships. My goal is to support you in feeling heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to face life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healthier coping skills, and improved relationships—whether addressing grief, infertility, anxiety, depression, or burnout. My hope is that you’ll walk away with a renewed sense of hope, confidence, and even a little lightness along the way.
