Great to meet you!

I’m an Asian American therapist with over 3 years of experience working with clients of all ages in the mental health field. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. I also value creativity and connection in my own life, and my interests in art and gaming help me bring a grounded, relatable perspective to the therapy space. My goal is to create a place where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to who you are as a person. I draw from solution-focused therapy, a humanistic approach, and talk therapy to better understand your experiences and help you move toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should not only help you process pain, but also help you build insight, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify what’s getting in the way, and focus on steps that help you feel more balanced, confident, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and supportive environment where I take time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand both your background and your goals for therapy. I want to get a clear picture of what you’re going through so I can support you in a way that feels helpful and personalized. Building trust and rapport is an important part of the process, so our first meeting is all about helping you feel comfortable, heard, and encouraged as we begin working together.
