As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy through secure telehealth appointments.

I have over 18 years of nursing experience, including 8 years in forensic psychiatry, nursing leadership, and education. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of mental illness across different settings and have shaped my patient-centered approach to care.

I believe treatment is most successful when it is collaborative. I strive to help clients understand their diagnoses of anxiety disorders, depression, and sleep disorders, make informed treatment decisions, and feel supported throughout their journey.

During the first appointment, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, review your symptoms and medical history, discuss previous treatments, and develop a personalized plan together. Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring your progress, adjusting medications when appropriate, and helping you achieve your treatment goals. The goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through partnership throughout the journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
