Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 12 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. With a Master’s and Education Specialist (EdS) degree in Counseling Psychology, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, or parenting struggles, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences and build on your strengths. My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and person-centered principles, always meeting you where you are—with empathy, respect, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work alongside my clients to help them cultivate emotional flexibility, deepen self-understanding, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want. I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, and I tailor therapy to honor each person’s strengths and lived experience. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I offer a safe space for reflection, healing, and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, self-aware, and connected to what matters most. I offer a space to explore thoughts and emotions with compassion, uncover patterns, and build practical skills to move forward with intention. Children may gain tools to express emotions, develop coping strategies, and feel supported in their unique experiences. Caregivers often find insight, guidance, and strengthened connection with their children, fostering healing and resilience for the whole family.
