I earned my degree from Bridgewater State University in the Clinical Psychology Masters Program.
I meet clients on a humanistic level using evidence based practices with compassion and kindness.
My specialties include trauma, grief, mood disorders and substance use issues. I work with clients from 18 years to seniors.
It is important to me that clients know that our work is a collaboration; you are the expert on you and your lived experience. My role as your therapist is to help you to navigate your mental health challenges and to teach you coping skills so that you can build insights into what will be most helpful to you.
