Great to meet you!

You are courageous to take the first step to seek help. Sometimes you need a little help to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, and relationship issues. I am LMFT and have assisted clients in managing their stress and anxiety, getting past their depression, and making behavior changes so that they heal and find peace and joy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use Holistic therapy to individually tailor interventions to my client's specific needs. I also use evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Positive Psychology. Throughout the past 15 years, I have been involved in the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Depression, and Bipolar Support Alliance to improve the emotional health and well-being of others.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a safe space where my clients can express and release their pain and worries. You don’t have to walk alone. I am with you to listen, empower, and support you in your healing journey and learn to become the best version of yourself.
