Great to meet you!

You deserve a space where all of who you are is welcomed, understood, and affirmed. I provide a sexuality- and gender-affirming environment for individuals across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum—whether you’re exploring identity, healing from minority stress, navigating relationships, or simply seeking a therapist who “gets it” without explanation.

As a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals—particularly those diagnosed later in life or who suspect they may be neurodivergent.

My approach to therapy

Living in a neurotypical world can create invisible barriers that impact work, relationships, self-esteem, and daily functioning. Together, we’ll identify those barriers, honor your unique strengths, and develop practical strategies that fit you—not a one-size-fits-all model.

Whether you’re unpacking years of masking, redefining your identity, coping with burnout, or learning how to live more authentically, you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving—on your own terms, in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and true to who you are.

What you can expect from me

I feel that a positive and supportive client/therapist relationship is the most important part of a successful therapeutic experience. The first session is all about getting to know you and what you want to achieve together. It's also about taking time to see if we are a good therapeutic match.
