Michelle Marin

Hello and welcome to my profile! I am Michelle Marin, LCSW. I received my MSW in 2013 and my LCSW in 2021. I am a trauma-informed therapist that has been working within this scope of practice for several years and have a passion for empowering and guiding my clients through trauma relief.

As your clinician, I desire to help you through your healing process and guide you toward a better version of yourself. I assist clients through an array of approaches, such mindfulness, somatic techniques, coping skills, psychoeducation, and EMDR interventions and stabilization. I believe we have the power to make behavioral changes as well as the power to heal ourselves. I hope I can be part of your healing story.

I try to make my clients feel comfortable and safe during their sessions, as I know how intimidating reaching out for help can be. I hope to make a client feel seen, heard, and their experiences validated. I also enjoy developing trust with clients. Most importantly, whether this is the first time seeking mental health support or not, I do my best to meet the client where they are at and honor their capacity during each session. My goal is for you to feel more hopeful after our sessions.
