Great to meet you!
Real Support, Real Growth
Therapy That Helps You Make Sense of What You're Going Through and Move Forward
Hi, I’m Michelle, a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, difficult life experiences, or periods of life where things just feel harder than they should. Many of the people I work with are used to handling things on their own, but eventually reach a point where they want support, perspective, and a different way forward.
I try to keep therapy real. You don't need to have the right words, a clear goal, or a perfectly organized story when you walk into my office. My job is to help you sort through what's going on, understand the bigger picture, and find practical ways to make things feel more manageable.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m easy to talk to and that our conversations feel natural. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. I’ll meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and help you challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you.
My experience includes private practice, intensive and standard outpatient programs (IOP/SOP), community mental health settings, and trauma and crisis intervention. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and trauma-informed therapy, adapting treatment to fit your individual needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m also certified in Sand Tray Therapy, which can be helpful for processing experiences that are difficult to put into words.
