Great to meet you!

My name is Michelle McClellan. I have 25+ years in mental health. I graduated from Regis College. I am a psychiatric mental health nurse pracititioner. I can provide medication management and am certified in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). For individuals on their mental wellness journey, I am experienced with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, maternal mental wellness, addictions, senior-geriatric care, and Christian counseling.

My approach to therapy

Treatment begins with a safe environment, active listening, and a thorough evaluation to determine the root cause of your distress. I provide a blend of evidence-based therapies and personalized treatment plans. We work collaboratively to restore balance and vitality to your mental landscape. From therapeutic interventions to medication management, I offer a comprehensive range of services that you can select to meet your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Navigating the complexities of mental health can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Together, we'll work towards understanding your challenges, identifying strengths, and developing strategies to promote healing and growth. Each session will have a specific focus with activities such as coping skills, self-care techniques, or mindfulness activities that you can take and apply in your everyday life.
