Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about supporting individuals in reaching their personal goals, whatever they may be. Drawing from a range of experiences, I take an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy. I work especially well with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and those seeking to improve emotional regulation. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage daily stressors and explore past experiences that may still be impacting your present. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel empowered, heard, and equipped for meaningful change. Some of my focus areas include: anxiety/stress management, managing chronic health stressors, supporting those with medical complexity and their caregivers, adults who are adopted, identity development for LGBTQ individuals, and those navigating through end of life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is a blend of solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral techniques, all tailored to meet your unique needs. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world with compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help you grow.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to begin the healing process, I’d be honored to support you. The first session is an opportunity for you to see if we are a good fit. Please reach out to inquire about availability or to schedule a session.
