Great to meet you!

Is your teen struggling to participate in school or engage in other age appropriate activities. Are you concerned your teen is not coping well with daily tasks or may be using unhealthy ways to manage their stress? I have seen first hand the increasing sense of overwhelm teens are experiencing and I would value the opportunity to support them to overcome these obstacles and feel better.

I also walk alongside adults who are juggling family, work, and relationships, along with complex life changes and hardships. I enjoy partnering with individuals to move past obstacles and toward life and relationship goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a safe and understanding environment where teens and adults can express themselves freely and work through their unique struggles. Whether it's academic pressure, social anxiety, or navigating relationships, I am here to listen increase understanding and build new strategies to manage daily tasks and relationships.

I provide space to listen and understand so that together we explore strategies and tools that reduce emotional distress and foster personal growth, well-being, and a positive outlook for the future.

I have over 20 years of experience walking alongside teens, adults and families incorporating solution focused and trauma informed modalities.

What you can expect from our first session

In my practice, I work with you to identify one or two areas of concern, explore your thoughts and feelings, and practice new strategies to respond differently. My goal is that you experience less distress and greater progress toward emotional wellness and daily change.
