Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts. Congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 10 years, and work with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression among other concerns.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I start my sessions with an introduction and it's where you’ll have the chance to share your story. We will then work together to create a plan to achieve goals in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you. I use CBT and EMDR therapy models to help clients.
