Great to meet you!

Welcome ! I’m grateful you're considering therapy and taking this important step toward your well-being, With over 20 years of experience and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Ball State University, I've had the privilege of working with clients navigating a wide range of concerns-from ADHD, Autism diagnostic assessments to Women's health issues and beyond.

My approach to therapy

I believe in practical solutions grounded in evidence , which is why I emphasize CBT techniques paired with concrete tools you can use right away to see real change in your life. Whether your seeking assessment, therapy, or both my goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel heard supported and empowered to reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

A typical first session is where we start the collaborative jouney to improve your well-being. We start with a warm welcome to put you at ease and a few easy get to know you questions. You will be asked what the reason is for seeking services and where you'd like to start with your story. I will let you guide the direction of the first session and subsequent sessions. The first session is about learning how I can help you in the best way possible.
