Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Art Therapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher with 7 years of experience supporting adults navigating ADHD/ autism, health anxiety, OCD, and chronic illness (i.e., I'm most familiar with POTS/ Dysautonomia, ME/CFS, & migraines). I aim to cultivate a space that is neurodiversity affirming and chronic illness informed. I value creating a safe, inclusive space for clients to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to stop fighting ourselves — and from there, we can begin the journey of coming home to who we truly are. I integrate creative, somatic, and trauma-informed practices in the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and neurodivergent-affirming. I believe therapy should honor your lived experience and embrace your natural ways of processing. I integrate art therapy, pacing strategies, somatic tools, and breathwork to support emotional healing at your speed. Together, we’ll co-create a space that feels safe, validating, and genuinely supportive—whether you express through words, images, or simply showing up as you are.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling more connected to themselves — with greater insight, emotional clarity, and a sense of groundedness. Whether you're navigating daily stressors, living with chronic illness, or exploring your neurodivergent identity, my goal is to help you access the tools and inner wisdom needed to move forward with intention and self-compassion.
