Great to meet you!
I believe that every person — no matter their age, story, or struggles — deserves a space where they feel truly seen, deeply heard, and completely safe to be themselves. Life can be overwhelming, relationships can get complicated, and sometimes we all need someone steady and compassionate to walk beside us as we sort through it.
For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting college students, teens, young adults, individuals, and couples through life’s most tender and transformative moments. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship conflict, betrayal, parenting stress, dating challenges, or feeling stuck — I meet you with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your experience.
What makes my work unique is that I’m not only a therapist, but also a counselor educator and supervisor who trains future therapists. I stay deeply connected to the science of what helps people heal and grow, and I thoughtfully blend that evidence-based knowledge with a relational, down-to-earth style that feels human, supportive, and real.
I’ve worked in schools, in the family court system with high-conflict co-parents, and in private practice with people facing life’s real challenges — from heartbreak and gaslighting to identity shifts and major transitions. I am a Level 3 Gottman Method–trained couples therapist, and I especially enjoy helping partners rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and rediscover connection.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and empowering. I’ll support you when it’s hard, gently challenge you when it’s helpful, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength and create meaningful change.
Healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.
That’s the heart of my work: where expertise meets empathy — therapy that supports real change in real life.
