Great to meet you!

Participating in therapy is a process of showing up for yourself on a path of self discovery where you can find the places in yourself that are best suited for who you are today and the goals and visions you wish to achieve. Each session should be a collaborative journey with a therapist holding safe space for you guiding you toward becoming the person you have always had it within yourself to become. As a therapist I believe in meeting every individual where they are and where they are ready to start. Doing this I am given a chance to help people achieve the life they have envisioned and desired for themselves.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we discover the infinite possibilities of healing and growth available to you. I’m committed to being present with you. We will create a new way of relating to yourself and to those you love and engage with on a day to day basis. As a biracial woman, I aim to provide you with a safe space to heal, to validate your experiences.

What you can expect from me

I've supported individuals with addictions, trauma, and have experience with those facing the challenges of depression and anxiety. I cater to flexible scheduling with remote therapy options including zoom & phone sessions. I also offer Mindfulness Meditation, BodyScan (MBSR) and Breathwork to offer somatic therapy options for healing and more extensive relief.
