Great to meet you!

Therapy is a way of showing up for yourself, a path of self discovery where you can reconnect with who you are today and the life you truly want. I’ve supported people navigating addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety, and I believe deeply in meeting you exactly where you are and wherever you feel ready to begin. Together, our sessions become a collaborative journey, with me holding safe, steady space for you as you grow into the person you’ve always had it within you to become.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll discover the endless possibilities for healing and growth available to you. I’m fully committed to being present with you as we create a new way of relating to yourself and to the people you love. As a biracial woman, I aim to offer you a safe space to heal and to feel your experiences truly validated.

What you can expect from me

I offer flexible scheduling with remote options, including Zoom and phone sessions, so support fits into your life. I also bring in somatic tools like mindfulness meditation, body scan, and breathwork for deeper, more lasting relief. Clients describe me as warm, present, and genuinely validating. I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
