Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Early Intervention Developmental Therapist who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, behavioral concerns, developmental needs, life transitions, and other social-emotional challenges.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a Chicago Public Schools vendor and the author of a children’s color-by-number activity and greeting card book designed to support creativity, fine motor development, attention, and social-emotional learning.

My approach is behavioral, holistic, and individualized. I meet clients where they are while helping them build practical coping skills, confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, behavioral, creative, strengths-based, and solution-oriented. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard while developing practical tools for change. Depending on each client’s needs, I may incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies, behavior modification, psychoeducation, problem-solving, play-based and creative interventions, parent coaching, and trauma-informed care. I work collaboratively with clients to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create realistic goals that support meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on understanding what brought them to therapy, their current concerns, strengths, goals, and what they hope to gain from treatment. I take time to listen, answer questions, and begin identifying the areas we can work on together. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and clear about the next steps in their therapeutic journey.
