Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dr. Michelle Moran. I'm a mom and an advocate for the nurturing of relationships throughout our lifetime. My private practice is focused on supporting families/parents with children ages 0+. My approach involves taking everything I know about attachment, mindfulness, emotional regulation, infant-parent mental health, reflective practice, child/human development, parental mental health, trauma, neuroscience, and evidenced based practice to inform my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

I empower clients by providing warmth, emotional safety, guidance, and support in order to increase reflective capacities; as well as increase support systems, as needed. I explore how experiences (particularly in early childhood) show up in relationships, behavioral patterns; and how thoughts and feelings affect behavior. I provide parent guidance and support, individual therapy, infant-parent/parent-child therapy, & family therapy.

What you can expect from me

At our sessions we will review your goals, challenges, and progress. With parents and children, I typically focus on the parent behind the parenting, and the child behind the behavior in order to help families heal. My role is to provide a better way to see and solve challenges showing up in relationships and in other places in life.
