Great to meet you!

My background in community mental health includes working with teenagers, young adults, and families. I have experience working with school-age children through adulthood, supporting individuals with trauma histories, mood disorders, anxiety, substance use, and body image concerns. I especially enjoy working with young adults looking to gain more independence and autonomy.

My approach to therapy

I use a relational approach that integrates motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care. I aim to facilitate sessions that feel nonjudgmental and collaborative so you can gain greater understanding of yourself and develop adaptive strategies to manage complex emotions.

What you can expect from me

Healing begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship and a safe, supportive space where you can explore and practice new skills. While you bring your unique life experiences, I offer compassion, validation, and a range of evidence-based approaches to support you in making the changes needed to live a more balanced, adaptive, and fulfilling life.
