I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ. I obtained my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. With both education and practical experience, I have clinical expertise in working with children, adolescents, and adults at various levels of care. I utilize counseling techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs, empowering them to actively participate in their journey toward positive change and achieving their fullest potential. Additionally, I have experience assessing, diagnosing, and counseling individuals struggling with a wide range of mental health issues and I am trained in EMDR.

My approach involves genuine caring and acceptance, in a non-judgmental atmosphere, as well as utilizing evidence-based techniques (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I choose counseling techniques that cater to each individual's unique needs while empowering them to be a part of their process of positive change and achieving their highest potential.
