Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal process that allows us to better understand ourselves, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful change. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive, acceptance-based, attachment-informed, and EMDR approaches to help clients explore the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped who they are today.

My approach to therapy

Together, we will explore patterns that may have once served a purpose but no longer feel aligned with the life you want to create. While insight and self-awareness are important parts of healing, I believe transformation happens when we are able to take that understanding and turn it into new ways of relating to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can deepen your connection with yourself, develop greater self-acceptance, challenge limiting beliefs, process painful experiences, and move toward living with greater authenticity, confidence, and empowerment.
