Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Michelle! I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to destigmatizing mental health and reframing it as brain health. My goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that helps you build confidence and supports you as you navigate challenges in your mental and emotional well-being.

I work closely with each client to create individualized, measurable steps toward growth and healing. Together, we focus on building skills and strategies that empower you to move forward in life. I specialize in helping individuals through life transitions, relationship stressors, anxiety, and difficulties with focus and organization.

At the core of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and equipped to thrive.

My approach to therapy

I see each person as more than a diagnosis or set of symptoms—I take the time to truly listen to your concerns and understand your unique story. Together, we will review your history, including past treatments and what has or hasn’t worked for you, to create a plan that is both effective and realistic.

I provide both medication management and therapy for adolescents (13+) through adults, with a focus on collaboration—your active participation is key to success. Please note: in accordance with updated DEA guidelines, patients seeking ADHD evaluations or medication management must be seen in person several times per year.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a clear and collaborative start to your care. Together, we’ll discuss your goals, review your history, and outline a treatment plan so you know exactly what to expect moving forward. I view treatment as a partnership, and my role is to support and guide you while empowering you to take an active part in the process. Most importantly, you can expect to leave with a sense of hope, knowing that your progress is my ultimate goal.
