Great to meet you!

It is my absolute honor to be a guide in someone's journey toward their mental health. I also believe counseling is a journey in which the client can help be a guide into their own treatment. I'm highly motivated to help clients acheive their goals while looking at them as a whole person and integrating their core values. I am a person of faith and enjoy working collaboratively with others utilizing their own faith. I have worked with veterans in substance abuse, to families and couples assisting them to accomplish their goals. I enjoy working with individuals who realize their old ways of coping are no longer serving them and want to shed of these old survivals skills and learn new ones. I enjoy working with couples hoping to reviatilize their relationships. I'm highly motivated by the person who is willing to take an honest look at themselves in order to promote change.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself to use a holistic approach utilizing one's core values and healthy coping tools together to maximize change and progress towards one's goal. I utilize psychodynamic theory, solution oriented, CBT, narrative therapy, and many more theories that help clients in acheiving insight and change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect my whole hearted attention, a sense of humor, motivation towards achieving one's goals, and a sense of honor in accompanying one on an inner journey in counseling sessions.
