Great to meet you!

Michelle Negri, LCSW, Clinical Navigator, provides compassionate, client-centered care for individuals and couples across the lifespan, from teens to older adults. She specializes in supporting women and mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional transitions of parenthood, while also offering dedicated care for those navigating grief, loss, and widowhood. Michelle works with couples and individuals to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and foster deeper connection. Her approach is warm, validating, and tailored to each client’s unique experience, creating a safe space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in understanding and compassion, where I gently explore each individual’s unique background and experiences through a systems perspective. I consider the various relationships and identities a person holds, recognizing how these elements shape their journey. Above all, I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard, valued, and cared for as they navigate their personal healing process.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect to feel both empowered and gently challenged. We will work together to set goals focused on the areas they most want to improve while also creating space to process their experiences and emotions deeply. Through this balance, you'll gain tools for growth and healing, as well as a deeper understanding of yourself and your journey.
