Great to meet you!

I'm here to help you feel seen and heard! As women, our mental health journey can feel lonely and confusing. Whether you're navigating menopause, fertility challenges, or chronic medical conditions, you don't have to do this alone. My experiences span community mental health, child protective services, Hospice, Oncology, and Women's Health. From these experiences, I've developed a practice focused on incorporating skills to mindfully navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate various tools into sessions. We connect with the body and calm the nervous system, use CBT to work with negative thought patterns, ART to work with strong emotions, and ACT for perspective taking. These approaches help you build skills to navigate life's challenges!

What you can expect from me

I take a very interactive approach to counseling. Our time includes dialogue that promotes exploration. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings as I help you navigate your challenges. We'll start each session with guided visualization or breathing exercises to calm the nervous system and model tools you can use throughout your day. Through talk therapy and practical tools, we'll work toward your goals while addressing any roadblocks along the way.
