Great to meet you!

Taking the first step in finding a therapist can be overwhelming, but finding someone you feel comfortable with can make all the difference! I aim to work with my clients to create a space that is comfortable, safe; while still challenging them to make the changes they are looking for.

My approach to therapy

I provide evidence-based approaches that provides you with tools and skills to better manage life stressors. I have extensive experience working with adults regarding a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family of origin issues, and work/life balance difficulties.

I meet you where you are at in your life. You are the expert of your own life and we go at your pace. There is no judgement or expectation for you to talk or perform.
