Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with children, individuals, couples, and families since 2010. I received my Master's in Counseling from the University of Colorado and hold advanced training in trauma, reactive attachment disorder, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, and substance abuse. Many of my clients seek support for anxiety, depression, relational struggles, and low self-esteem. I am particularly passionate about serving trauma survivors, new parents, couples, and women navigating the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum. My goal is to help you overcome internal barriers and return to living an enriching, fulfilling life. I offer telehealth sessions throughout Colorado.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and strength-focused. I draw on attachment-based therapy, emotionally focused therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based psychotherapy to support healing of underlying emotional triggers and improve your overall sense of joy and fulfillment. I focus on your strengths and work alongside you to build new foundations for emotional wellbeing, using mindfulness exercises and attachment-based interventions tailored to your goals. My professional values include a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and thoughtful interaction style in every session.

What you can expect from me

When you first come to therapy, I will work to establish a strong relationship and comfortable rapport so you feel safe, valued, and understood. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin exploring what has brought you here. My goal is for you to leave with clarity and a sense of how we might work together. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
