Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health for over 13 years with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan School of Social Work, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida as well as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio, Arkansas, Alabama and Kansas.

My approach to therapy

My experience working with adults, teens and children, has helped me to become proficient in a variety of therapeutic styles and approaches. Most importantly I believe as a therapist you have to meet the client where they are, assist them in setting realistic goals and work with them providing education, empathy and support. My experience includes working with individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, anger management, relationship difficulties, self esteem, gender and family issues.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to learn new coping techniques, an improved state of mind, increased motivation and dedication to their own goals. Therapy can only be as helpful as the client allows by what a client takes away from it and what a client chooses to utilize in their daily life.
