Great to meet you!

You've built something extraordinary, a career, a reputation, a standard of excellence that very few reach. And you've done it mostly by pushing through. But there's a point where sheer force of will stops working, and what got you here won't get you through this. My clients have included Navy SEALs, C-suite executives, entertainment industry creatives, firefighters, first responders, surgeons, and medical and mental health professionals. I help high-achieving people close the gap between what got them here and what they need now. I bring 25 years of experience, plus a background in talent recruitment and development across financial services, entertainment, higher education, and publishing, along with advocacy work for victim-survivors of crime, intimate partner violence, and coercive control.

My approach to therapy

I'm direct. I won't waste your time with theory you don't need. My work draws on EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches, and for appropriate clients, ketamine-assisted therapy. These are evidence-based, cutting-edge practices tailored to what you actually need, not one-size-fits-all talk therapy.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute consultation — no pressure, just a real conversation about whether we're the right fit. My hope is that you leave your first full session feeling empowered with clear next steps toward your goals.
