Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents and their families. I specialize in trauma, parenting skills, family issues, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

Grounded in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can express themselves openly and feel supported. Using a strengths-based approach and incorporating mindfulness techniques, I help clients build greater self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and strengthen their relationships with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will take the time to get to know you and your individual needs. This will allow me to develop a plan that is solution focused and addresses your concerns. Attending therapy can feel scary or overwhelming. I will take the time to get to know you, your values, and what is most important to you.
