Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Master Certified Addiction Professional with a deep passion for motivating and advocating for my clients. I hold a master’s degree in Educational Psychology, a second master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling from Barry University.

My approach to therapy

I develop comprehensive treatment plans grounded in accurate diagnosis and tailored behavioral interventions. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to provide individualized, effective care for each client.

What you can expect from me

Clients will develop greater self-awareness by exploring their communication styles and learning to enhance interpersonal skills. The therapeutic process will support improvements in self-acceptance, self-esteem, and the ability to recognize and change self-defeating behaviors. Clients will also learn to express emotions more effectively, manage emotional reactivity, and gain a deeper understanding of their mental health challenges, empowering them to navigate these issues in a healthy and sustainable way.
