Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome!

I'm Michelle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with a Master’s in Counseling and Psychology. Since 2016, I've helped individuals navigate life’s challenges using a holistic approach. I believe the answers are within you, and together, we can tap into your strength to create meaningful change. It’s rewarding to see clients heal, thrive, and live empowered lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approach is holistic and person-centered, tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based methods like CBT and REBT to help shift negative thought patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop healthier coping strategies. Together, we’ll work toward lasting change and personal growth.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, you'll find a welcoming space to discuss what brought you to therapy and how I can support you. We’ll explore your goals, challenges, and concerns, and I’ll listen with empathy. Together, we’ll identify key factors and develop strategies for moving forward, building trust as we begin your healing journey. You’ll leave with a clear sense of direction and confidence in the process.
