Great to meet you!

Hello! I am board certified as a Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I believe that mental wellness shouldn't require jumping through hoops or sitting in cold waiting rooms. Through our secure virtual practice, I provide compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care and medication management from the comfort and safety of your own home.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach treats the "whole person". Because physical and mental health are deeply connected, I draw on my dual background in primary care and psychiatric-mental health to look at the complete picture of your wellbeing. Whether you are navigating a sudden life transition, managing a chronic condition, or seeking steady support for anxiety, depression, mood disorder, addiction, or other serious mental illness my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will create a personalized, evidence-based care plan that prioritizes your comfort, goals, and long-term wellness. I welcome patients of all ages across Iowa and look forward to partnering with you on your mental health journey!
