My style of practice includes both traditional (follows evidence based prescribing guidelines), and alternative medicine (lifestyle modifications such as supplements, vitamins, exercise and diet). I am passionate about providing high quality, integrated, comprehensive, individualized care. Please note that at this time we do not prescribe benzodiazepines.

I believe success begins with strong communication in order to put together a treatment plan tailored to each clients capabilities and outcome goals. Using evidence based medicine, I take time to formulate an individualized plan for each client.

My practice is to maintain you on the lowest therapeutic doses of medications, to minimize any side effects, while obtaining the greatest outcome for you. At this time, I am not prescribing benzodiazepines.
