Great to meet you!

I believe that healing happens through genuine connection. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem.

My goal is to meet you where you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that every individual’s experiences and goals are unique. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care, while adapting my style to best fit each client’s needs.

I believe lasting change comes from understanding patterns, developing practical coping skills, and creating meaningful insight. Whether we’re processing past experiences, working through current challenges, or building healthier habits, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and productive for you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and that’s completely understandable. During our first session, my priority is getting to know you—not just the challenges you’re facing, but who you are as a person. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your history, your strengths, and what you hope to achieve.
