Great to meet you!

I am a Air Force Veteran of 11 years who graduated with my Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California. I have experience working in several settings from residential treatment, PHP/IOP group therapist, to a school-based therapist.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in empowerment and pushing to challenge those negative thoughts holding us back. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness tools to help strengthen our abilities to fight back. I use CBT because it is extensively researched and proven to work for a variety of issues we face in life.

What you can expect from our first session

During our time in therapy we will set goals that are determined by you to work towards and direct our therapy progress. As a client you can expect to learn skills around challenging negative thoughts, emotional regulation, and coping skills.
