Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, family stress, self-esteem, or navigating a major life transition. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure of where to start, and I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood.

In our sessions, we'll work together to better understand what you're experiencing, develop practical coping strategies, and build confidence in yourself and your ability to handle life's challenges. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based techniques to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, but you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to help you feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout the process, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and realistic for you.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy, strengths-based, and collaborative. I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you and understanding what’s been going on in your life. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you’re hoping will feel different over time.

I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming in—many people start therapy unsure of where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and supported as we start this process together.
