Great to meet you!

Michelle Roglieri, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist who works with adults, couples and adolescents. She earned a Master's of Social Work from Rutgers University and Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

My approach to therapy

Her areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family-of-origin issues, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and interpersonal difficulties. Michelle takes an integrative, psychodynamically informed approach to therapy, drawing from attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, relational psychotherapy, and other evidence-based modalities. She believes that many of the struggles people face are often rooted in earlier experiences and relationship patterns that continue to influence how they view themselves, connect with others, and navigate life's challenges.Through a combination of insight, emotional processing, practical skill-building, and compassionate exploration, she helps clients move beyond survival, develop resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting emotional and behavioral change.

What you can expect from me

Michelle seeks to provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. Her goal is to help clients not only feel better, but to better understand themselves, live more fully, and build lives that reflect their values, strengths, and potential.
