Great to meet you!

Hello. I’m glad you are here. People see me because something doesn’t feel quite right. They may not be sure exactly what it is, but something holds them back from living the life they want. Maybe this is you. You may have tried therapy, but that hasn't helped enough. Talking about your problems may even have made you feel worse. You are seeking help, a life change, or maybe the pain is just too hard to bear. What if I told you, you don’t have to feel this way anymore? There is another way to live that doesn’t require so much pain. I’m glad you are considering seeking help to change what’s not working for you.

My approach to therapy

We all hold wisdom needed to heal within us, but may not know how to listen to it. I can help with this. As a somatic therapist, I believe past experiences and traumas live in our bodies as stuck behaviors and patterns. I aim to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom by exploring thoughts, emotions, beliefs and patterns stored in your body. Through this awareness, healing can begin.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are collaborative. We will work together to create and move towards your goals. We will begin by getting to know each other and building trust and safety. I will then support you in recreating a connection and trust with yourself (including your body and emotions) through new awareness and learning about yourself. My style is direct while also warm and supportive. I aim to support your healing journey by helping you to learn to listen to your inner wisdom. I hope this will offer new perspective and choice in how to live a more fulfillng life.
