Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 25 years' experience, who specializes in helping adults learn skill to cope with anxiety, trauma, depression and difficult relationship experiences, including narcissistic abuse and coercive control.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply heard, validated, and understood in our work together. I balance insight oriented exploration with practical tools you can use in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based and somatic strategies.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a low-pressure space to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’d like to change. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll make sense of it together.
