Great to meet you!

Life can throw a lot at us and it's incredibly common to find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just tired of repeating the same patterns. Maybe you notice anxiety is calling the shots, your relationships are feeling out of balance, or it is becoming harder and harder to manage stress. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am deeply passionate about helping adults untangle these exact patterns. If you are ready to figure out why you operate the way you do and want real, practical skills to move forward, I am excited to do this work with you.

My therapeutic style is warm, solution-focused and deeply collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel completely supported while challenging you to look at things from a new perspective and confront what may be holding you back. I love helping people look at the big picture, explore how all the different parts of them work together, and how past experiences might be impacting the present.

Because no two people are the same, my therapeutic framework is tailored too what you need in the moment. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including DBT, EMDR, IFS, and CBT to help you build a personalized toolkit,

My approach to therapy

You are the expert in your life. It is important to recognize that how you operate today is a survival strategy that made sense at some point in your journey. We are the result of our lived experiences, relationships, culture, and lens through which we view the world. In therapy, we work as a team to look at these influences clearly. My goal is to help you connect to what matters most to you, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you and intentionally build a fuller, value-driven life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different moving forward. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll start where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
