Great to meet you!

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients for almost 12 years, supporting both children and adults through life’s challenges. Whether you’re going through a difficult time, looking for validation, or just need someone to walk alongside you, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to you. I stay open-minded and focused on finding what’s most helpful for your unique situation. My goal is to meet you where you are—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or figuring out the next chapter of your life. I often work with young adults navigating major transitions like starting a career, moving to a new city, adjusting to adulthood, or simply trying to understand who they are and what they want. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to do it alone.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. We’ll get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you in, and start setting a path forward together. This first step is about building trust, getting clear on your goals, and making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
