Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own, you’re not alone. I work with adults across Indiana through virtual therapy sessions, helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and overwhelming thoughts that can make daily life feel heavy.

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, honest, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. I also use humor when appropriate because healing does not have to feel cold or intimidating. Clients often describe me as approachable, direct, easy to talk to, and someone who helps them feel comfortable quickly.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with person-centered and supportive approaches to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work on identifying unhelpful patterns, improving communication, building healthier boundaries, developing coping skills, and creating realistic, sustainable changes that make life feel more manageable.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Sharp Path Counseling, LLC. I provide online counseling for adults throughout Indiana using a secure virtual platform, allowing clients to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own space. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where clients feel supported while also challenged to grow in meaningful ways.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes having a supportive space to process, learn new tools, and feel understood can make all the difference.

My approach to therapy

I became a therapist because my own life was full of unexpected curveballs. For years, I went without the support of therapy until I finally reached out for help myself—and it changed everything. That experience inspired me to walk alongside others as they work toward healing, clarity, growth, and joy.

My clients often describe me as direct, relatable, and easy to talk to, with a good sense of humor and a balance of honesty and genuine care. I believe therapy should feel supportive, purposeful, and engaging—not cold or intimidating. I work hard to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling challenged, encouraged, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to therapy, and discussing what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood without pressure or judgment.

I bring directness, humor, and genuine empathy into sessions, balancing honesty with compassion. Therapy with me is conversational, approachable, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress—not just vent without direction. Clients often appreciate that I can challenge them when needed while still making them feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the process.
