Great to meet you!

Welcome!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe mental health is a key ingredient in navigating life transitions and regaining stability. Seeking support on your journey is hard, so congratulations on doing what is hard. I’ve been practicing for 20 years, working with clients aged 13-25 navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy

I recognize that each individual’s story, identity, and life experiences influence their emotional wellbeing. I seek to create a safe, supportive, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered through open communication. If we decide to work together we’ll be partners in your therapeutic journey. I will listen with an open mind, challenge you, and empower you toward growth.
