Great to meet you!

You might feel like your brain is moving a mile a minute, or that anxiety keeps you stuck when you’re ready for change. Maybe you’re navigating ADHD, questioning your identity, building LGBTQ+ affirming or non-monogamous relationships, or facing a major life transition. You want a therapist who sees you fully and without judgment. In our work together, you’ll gain tools that actually fit your life, learn to quiet the inner critic, and discover strengths you didn’t realize you had, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

My background includes work in foster care in Baltimore, a domestic violence shelter, and Hospice care. These experiences give me a unique perspective and allow me to connect with people in many walks of life, offering empathy and understanding from different points of view.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support, insight, and practical tools to help you navigate challenges and reach your goals. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that support lasting growth and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your experiences and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and share anything you feel is important. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. We will move at a pace that feels right for you and begin identifying goals for our work together.
