Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, and I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will explore your challenges, build practical coping skills, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you. I strive to provide unconditional positive regard and support you at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and challenges without judgment. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused approaches to help you develop practical coping skills and create meaningful change. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you while focusing on your goals, strengths, and the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current challenges, strengths, and goals, as well as begin identifying areas you would like to work on. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and share what you feel comfortable sharing. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a better understanding of how we can work together moving forward.
