Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who completed my training at Purdue University Global. As a Jamaican American, I bring a culturally informed lens to my work, understanding the unique pressures and perspectives that come with navigating mental health across cultures and identities. My focus areas include ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, sexual dysfunction, and medication management. I’m passionate about providing care that feels both clinically sound and personally understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on medication management paired with a culturally responsive, whole-person perspective. I believe effective psychiatric care goes beyond symptoms it takes into account who you are, where you come from, and what your life actually looks like. I work closely with clients managing ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, panic disorders, and sexual dysfunction, and I aim to be a provider who listens first and treats collaboratively, adjusting care based on what’s actually working for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting a full picture of your history, current symptoms, and what’s brought you in whether that’s ADHD, mood concerns, anxiety, panic, or sexual dysfunction. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your background, including any cultural context that shapes your experience, and we’ll work together to build a treatment plan, which may include medication. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, with a clear next step — in a space that’s respectful and free of judgment.
