Great to meet you!

I believe everyone can feel better, and we can all make improvements in our health, mood and relationships. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience helping clients through mindfulness, CBT, and self-care. I have a Master's Degree in Public Health and have studied anatomy and brain science. I am also a yoga teacher and have a holistic perspective to health. My specialties include helping adults learn to manage stress, deal with difficult emotions, life transitions, parenting, health issues and a variety of life concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is very personal, and I bring no expectations to our sessions. We will work together at your pace, towards your goals, with no judgment. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, trauma-sensitive space where healing and growth takes place.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave our sessions with practical strategies and tools that you can use right away. I also hope you leave our time together feeling better.
