Great to meet you!

I have over 30 years of clinical experience working in both the school and private sector providing counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Anxiety, depression, trauma, autism spectrum, bipolar, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship and communication, and life adjustment stressors that we all have gone through are a few areas that I specialize in. Through using a straightforward but gentle style, I will help you set realistic goals so you can start making changes necessary to improve your life. I offer both Telehealth and in-person services located in East Lyme, CT.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients develop strategies to cope with and overcome life's challenges. Sometimes, a brief solution focused style is helpful to reframe and reset your thought process to quickly address and manage stressors. Whatever you need, I am here to offer nonjudgmental, practical input so you can gain increased self-awareness, confidence, and feeling empowered to make whatever adjustments are necessary so you no longer feel stuck.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we are going to get started with dealing with whatever issues brought you to seek supports in a way that you are comfortable with.
